The MK Professional SB12 all-discrete power amplifier design offers exceptional sonic quality, enhanced low frequency extension with useful output below 20 Hz and ample power at a conservatively rated 250 watts continuous output. The SuperFast Deep Bass Driver and exclusive MK Headroom MaximizerTM ensures a potent, yet tightly controlled bottom end for all your critical listening needs. Precision fine-tuning of the critical transition between the SB12 and the main speakers is made easy with a continuously variable phase control (0 - 180 degrees) to ensure easy integration of subwoofer satellites in any studio space. To facilitate maximum installation flexibility, the SB12 includes inputs and outputs for line level and speaker level signals. A convenient signal detection circuit automatically turns the subwoofer on when a signal is present and places it in standby after a period with no signal.
